The 3rd story loft is an incredible, custom-designed bunk room with 4 twin beds. The mattresses are super comfortable and the room includes its own private sitting area, flat screen TV, and entertainment center. It also has it’s own private roof top porch out the back door with outdoor seating, lounge chairs for laying out, and incredible ocean and sunset views. Nearby Amenities to Know About: Dream by the Sea is a short walk to one of the best scenic dinner spots along 30A at the VUE on 30A, and minutes away from the Dune Allen town center called Gulf Place. Gulf Place is known for its vibrant artist colony featuring an array of shops and eateries as well as pristine beaches, amphitheater with manicured green, and lush native plants. The Santa Rosa Beach Golf Club is minutes away and completed an overhaul to make it become one of the prestigious golf courses in the area. Within 10 minutes driving west, you can be at Grand Boulevard’s upscale shopping and restaurant center where you will experience some of the finest shops and eateries in the area. 5 more minutes west you are at Sandestin with multiple golf courses and bay side amenities. Next to that is Silver Sands Premium Outlet mall area. In the opposite direction heading east along 30A, you can enjoy some favorite spots like Seaside, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach. These areas have become incredible crowded, but nevertheless are beautiful and fun spots to visit!
